Exhibitors Terms & Conditions
- Applicants are expected to provide accurate contact details. SIBF will not be responsible for any miscommunications due to the wrong contact information provided in the application form. Any changes in the contact information should be notified instantly. (Pemohon diminta untuk memberikan butiran maklumat yang tepat. SIBF tidak akan bertanggungjawab untuk sebarang masalah komunikasi disebabkan butiran maklumat yang salah yang diberikan dalam borang permohonan. Sebarang perubahan dalam maklumat hubungan hendaklah dimaklumkan serta-merta.)
- SIBF holds the right to accept or reject any applications without giving any reasons and without any liabilities/responsibilities whatsoever. (SIBF mempunyai hak untuk menerima atau menolak mana-mana permohonan tanpa memberi sebarang alasan dan tanpa sebarang liabiliti/tanggungjawab.)
- SIBF will fix the number of participants for each year. It reserves the right to stop receiving applications if the target is achieved before the deadline. (SIBF akan menetapkan bilangan pempamer bagi setiap tahun. SIBF berhak untuk tidak menerima permohonan jika sasaran dicapai sebelum tarikh akhir.)
- SIBF holds the right to change the dates of the event, if necessary. Exhibitors will be notified of the changes. (SIBF mempunyai hak untuk menukar tarikh acara, jika perlu. Pempamer akan dimaklumkan tentang perubahan.)
- Payment must be made within 3 days of the booth reservation being made. (Bayaran hendaklah dibuat dalam tempoh 3 hari selepas tempahan reruai
dibuat.) - SIBF will not refund any payment if you fail or withdraw from participating Selangor International Book Fair 2023. (Penganjur tidak akan memulangkan sebarang bayaran sekiranya anda gagal
atau menarik diri daripada menyertai Pesta Buku Antarabangsa Selangor 2023.) - SIBF reserves the right to change the floor plan or the location of an exhibitor’s booth, if the Organizer in its sole discretion determines that to do so is in the best interest of the event. (SIBF mempunyai hak untuk menukar pelan lantai atau lokasi gerai pameran, jika penganjur mengikut budi bicara mutlaknya menentukan bahawa untuk berbuat demikian adalah demi kepentingan terbaik acara tersebut.)
- The exhibitor shall not cause damage or permit any damage to be done to the exhibition venue or services provided during the exhibition. Exhibitors shall comply with all the rules and regulations, laws laid down by the Organizers of SIBF. (Pempamer tidak boleh menyebabkan kerosakan atau membenarkan sebarang kerosakan dilakukan pada tempat pameran atau perkhidmatan yang disediakan semasa pameran. Peserta pameran hendaklah mematuhi semua peraturan dan peraturan, undang-undang yang ditetapkan oleh Penganjur SIBF.)
- SIBF reserve the right to close a booth, at any time if an exhibitor or its booth is considered to be displaying materials of an offensive nature. Any costs associated with this act will be borne by the exhibitor. (SIBF berhak menutup reruai, pada bila-bila masa jika pempamer atau reruainya dianggap mempamerkan bahan yang bersifat menyinggung dan provokatif. Sebarang kos yang berkaitan dengan akta ini akan ditanggung oleh pempamer.)
- Exhibitors are to ensure booths are kept in a clean and tidy state for the duration of the Event. (Pempamer hendaklah memastikan reruai dalam keadaan bersih dan kemas sepanjang acara berlangsung.)
- Exhibitors are asked not to place stickers, signs or posters anywhere in the halls other than within their own booth. (Peserta pameran diminta untuk tidak meletakkan pelekat, papan tanda atau poster di mana-mana di dalam dewan selain di dalam gerai mereka sendiri.)
- The Organisers reserves the right to limit the use of sound systems to certain times of the day and, or switch off the source of any noise, if it is found to be causing nuisance to neighbouring exhibitors and attendees. (Pihak Penganjur berhak untuk mengehadkan penggunaan sistem bunyi pada masa-masa tertentu dalam sehari dan, atau mematikan punca sebarang bunyi, jika ia didapati menyebabkan gangguan kepada para pempamer dan pengunjung yang berdekatan.)
- Smoking is not permitted inside of any part of the premises. This applies to build-up, show open days and dismantling. (Merokok tidak dibenarkan di dalam mana-mana bahagian premis. Ini terpakai untuk hari persediaan, sepanjang SIBF berlangsung dan semasa hari pengosongan reruai.)
- Ensure the safety of guests and employees during construction and during the exhibition. (Memastikan keselamatan pengunjung dan pekerja semasa persediaan dan semasa program berlangsung.)
- The construction unit and the exhibitor are responsible if there is an accident or incident caused by the construction contractor/exhibitor. (Pasukan pembinaan dan pempamer bertanggungjawab sekiranya berlaku kemalangan atau insiden yang disebabkan oleh kontraktor/pempamer pembinaan.)
