Exhibitors and Vendors FAQ
How to apply as exhibitors or vendors?
  1. Please refer here for the layout and packages offered.
  2. Choose your preferred package and you will be directed to the booth listing page.
  3. Please choose your preferred booth number, term of payment (deposit/full payment) and click ADD TO BASKET. If you wish to book more than 1 booth, please choose another booth number and repeat step 3.
  4. If your are ready to make your payment, click VIEW BASKET and please confirm all the details before you PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.
  5. Exhibitors/vendors are required to fill in the BILLING DETAILS form provided and agree to our term and conditions before making payment.
  6. Reconfirm all the BILLING DETAILS and YOUR ORDERS. Choose you preferred payment method and click PLACE ORDER.
When is the last date to register as exhibitors/vendors?

Last date to register as exhibitors/vendor is on 25 November 2022, Friday.

However, SIBF reserves the right to stop receiving applications if the target is achieved before the deadline.

What are the payment terms?

50% booking deposit and full payment settlement within 3 days. If you are unable to pay the balance before the stated due date, your booking deposit will be forfeited and booking will be cancelled.
